Lead times

Goods are held in stock and are usually dispatched the same day as order is received (Orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri)

Delivery to your door is dependant on the service chosen. Delivery can be made any time up to 9.30pm - Saturday is usually before 12pm.
We use DPD to ship your parcel dependent on the service you have chosen - smaller low value orders may be sent via post
For security reasons all credit card orders must be dispatched to the card holders registered address

If we are out of stock of an item - we will inform you of any extension to your lead time either in writing or by phone. We reserve the right to part ship your order.
Cots & furniture are delivered direct from the manufacture and as such will carry a 2 week lead time.
