I am truly amazed!! DHL delivered the Smorph at noon today. I don't think that I could drop off mail in the middle of San Francisco and have it arrive at my house as quickly! I can't believe that we confirmed the order on Monday and it travelled 6000 miles by Wednesday. WOW!

Ref birth pool. - Thank you so much for helping me with this item, and with the speedy despatch of my order. It arrived Thursday 29 November, unfortunately, I went into premature labour on Friday 30 Nov, and was forced to abandon my plans for a home/water birth! I therefore need to return the item to you - I will arrange this within the next week. I just wanted to say thank you for the service you've given me, and to let you know I will be recommending you to colleagues and friends who are looking for a similar service.
